I had called Jay Honda to purchase a car. The salesman, Matt, was totally incompetent when I asked him to check on items important to me , before I drove out to the dealership. I called back 2 hours later and he referred me to Dalton, the sales Manager. Of course the apology and he said he would take care of my needs. More xxxxxxxx. I made an appt. the next day to see the car at 9AM. On my way to the dealership the next day, he calls me up with some xxxxxxxx story on inventory, and tells me the car is sold. This has pissed me off enough to write this review. I never write reviews, but I felt it was my obligation to warn potential customers that there are xxxxxxxx here at this dealership, who could care less on your best interests, and have no problem jacking you around like they did to me. If I was the owner of this dealership, I would seriously consider evaluating the quality of people working at this joint! More
