Extremely disappointed that the service department allowed me to leave the shop with a VERY audible problem with the back brake installation! They reported taking car for test drive prior to releasing allowed me to leave the shop with a VERY audible problem with the back brake installation! They reported taking car for test drive prior to releasing vehicle to me if that is the case they had the windows up and the radio on. My untrained ear immediately picked up on a problem! I should have turned around immediately but wanted my husband's input. He drove it and IMMEDIATELY sent me back to Honda Service. Service found one of my new brake calibers was faulty. The problem was corrected. Mark my long time customer service representative provide his usual outstanding service. More
