Poor service, up sold me , only to find out 5 days later my lug nuts were missing.off the tires they rotated. Thank you I was able to get an appointment at another dealership. Rob Logan is an excellent salesman. He is very friendly and professional and he knows the business. He took care of everything for me as he is very thorough.. It started with the pricing which was very acceptable to me. Next came the credit check that he got me through because a freeze had to be removed. While I was busy in the finance office, he finished processing the paperwork and called my insurance company. He also went ahead and set some of the features up for me in the new car. He patiently explained how the extra new features work. He also helped clean out my old car as well as offered to have my floor mats cleaned. He brought them to my house the next morning. Yes, I started out picking up my old leased car from Service and wound up driving a brand new leased HRV home a couple of hours later. Now that's excellent service for you. I have and will continue to recommend Rob Logan to anyone looking for a Honda. More
