He called Max and asked him to meet with us to take over the sale and the rest was history. No pressure and no back & forth haggling like I have experienced at other dealerships. I set an appointment for a few days later after work to meet up with Dennis. I was instantly offered a test drive with no pressure to take it easy. I just drove the car as I did my previous car. After talking with Dennis and GM Robert Szalay, we talked about why I was looking to trade in my current car. The 3 of us are cars guys and so we talked cars for a bit. The negotiation process was pretty painless. I explained my max budget and they made it happened. All in all, everything went great except for the ride home.
