I firstly asked for quotes from dealers within 100 miles. Dennis responded without quote and invited me for a visit. I emailed him the lowest quote I got and asked if Jay can beat that and I received email from Dennis asking for visit. I thought at that time that Jay may not beat the dealer with lowest quote. On my way to dealer with lowest quote, I stopped by Jay only because Jay is on the way. I showed Dennis the quote. He was very friendly and helpful. Beyond of that, he beat the quote. That was a big surprise to me. I took his offer and the whole process till I got my new car went smoothly.
