On Wednesday January 8th, my wife and I met with Tony Spitalieri to finalize our lease on a new Honda Odyssey. We were completely satisfied with the handling of the transaction. He had all the necessary paperwork ready to go & the process was done quickly and efficiently, including financing, transferring of plates, etc. He then spent time with us going through the features on the car in a patient & knowledgeable way. Bo welcomed us and was very accommodating. He was also very professional and friendly. He patiently gathered all the information he needs from us without rushing us. He was quick in getting the car ready (washed and cleaned) and spent time to give my son instructions on how to use certain features of the Honda Civic. It did not matter that it was already way past quitting time (around 7:30pm when everything was done and we finally drove off with the new car). JAY HONDA is a great dealership with great employees and staff. I will definitely come back to do business with them again. Highly recommended! More
