Her old one, a 2000 Mustang, had become more trouble than it was worth. At the recommendation of a co-worker, I was told to go to Jay Honda and ask for Jesse Lee. I was unsure at first because I was expecting the stereotypical "Car Salesman". Jesse, however, was different. He was very kind, courteous, positively upbeat and most of all, not pushy in the slightest. He listened to our specific financial situation, and offered tailor-made advice instead of a generalized response to steer us in the right direction. Long story short, Jesse got us into a beautiful, brand new 2014 Honda Civic. So, you may ask, would I recommend shopping at Jay Honda? The answer is an overwhelming yes. More

I was skeptical but they delivered When I walked in and told them what I had to work with they quoted me a such a low down payment and monthly, I was very skeptical. After running my credit they found out that my limited credit history wouldnt place me in top tier price catigory they quoted me how ever with much deligence from Mr. Spitalieri and Mr. O'keefe they were able to keep my down payment just as low and my monthly didn't stray more then $10 higher then what they originally quoted me. These men can work some serious magic if you are willing to trust them. If you are looking to purchase a Honda in the Cleveland area these guys were by far the most flexible and honest men selling cars these vehicles. I went all over town before settling on Jay Honda. Nobody around sits down and gives you a quote on a down payment and breaks down where all of your money is going with out any additional stipulations like these guys. Highly recommended, A+ service gentlemen. You will probably be hearing from me again when my lease is up. More

I was able to trade my car and Max got me more money back than I needed. I thought this would take me weeks of car shopping and Max was able to help me get all this done in a few hours. I recently received a post card in the mail from Jay Honda stating that I could trade my lease vehicle early, so I called and spoke with Rob Logan and I recently received a post card in the mail from Jay Honda stating that I could trade my lease vehicle early, so I called and spoke with Rob Logan and suggested that I come in the next day. I explained then that I had no idea I could get more miles when leasing, this was my first time leasing when I leased the 2012 Pilot . I went in and Rob and Tony took very good care of me. They were very professional and patient. I did not feel pressured in any way at all. I left there with a 2014 New Honda Pilot and I am very happy.
