I spoke with Dennis via web chat, and asked if they were willing to match a competitor's deal. Once I supplied a link to the advertised deal, I was emailed that Jay would honor the same deal. I set an appointment for a few days later after work to meet up with Dennis. I was instantly offered a test drive with no pressure to take it easy. I just drove the car as I did my previous car. After talking with Dennis and GM Robert Szalay, we talked about why I was looking to trade in my current car. The 3 of us are cars guys and so we talked cars for a bit. The negotiation process was pretty painless. I explained my max budget and they made it happened. All in all, everything went great except for the ride home. The tornado sirens were going off and I had to drive 20 miles home in almost zero visibility. Other than that, great experience. More

When I received a Loyalty Lease/Loan Exchange Program mailing from Jay Honda, I decided to give them a try. From the first moment of my telephone call when the friendly receptionist referred me to Tony Spitalieri, he was pleasant, knowledgeable and very, very helpful. When I visited the showroom, Tony asked the right questions to learn about my needs and desires for a new car. In less than 1.5 hours, I had my new car purchased. He walked me entirely through the process explaining the procedure at every step of the way. Like a lot of car buyers, I dreaded the car buying process. Tony made the entire process virtually painless and worry free. Not only did he meet my expectations – he exceeded them by leaps and bounds! Every member of the Jay Honda Team was very helpful, friendly and targeted toward excellent customer service. In this day and age when it seems that Customer Service isn’t very important, the Jay Honda Team are laser focused on exceeding the expectations of customers. Although they were helpful there, our experience at Jay Honda was excellent. Tony and Rob went above and beyond our expectations.
