Since I was considering leasing a new car I contacted Jay Honda and was connected with Rob On Thursday June 5, 2014 I saw a commercial for Jay Honda. Since I was considering leasing a new car I contacted Jay Honda and was connected with Rob Logan. Even though it was late Thursday evening Rob took the time to explain the lease process to me and answered all of the questions I had, which were many. During the conversation it was discovered that Rob new a few of my relatives and grew up in my community. An appointment was set up for that Saturday. I was very nervous, however Rob's friendliness, knowledge and experience were very assuring. He took his time explaining everything during the purchase process. I never felt rushed. After a test drive I finally decided on a 2014 Accord lease. Rob took the time to go over the car and all of the features explaining everything. The other staff members that were also involved in this process were also very knowledgeable and helpful. Overall I would recommend Jay Honda and Rob Logan to any friends and relatives looking to purchase/lease a Honda. More

The first two were new car purchases; one of which was a demonstration floor model at a discounted rate and the other was a hybrid. This car was purchased as a lease for three years. I am excited to experiment with having a leased car as it seems to fit my life at present. Jeff, as always, was responsive, attentive, and had my interests in mind rather than the pushing of accessories or useless features. If I move home (SC), I will probably come back to Jeff for the next car. Thanks so much! More

Since our last lease, we had a bad experience with our last salesperson (Rob Logan) when we came in for a scheduled appointment with him. He left my wife waiting for over a half an hour while he ran out to another dealership in his effort to wrap up a new deal. Then, he had absolutely no concern for the issue when it was brought to his attention. So, we decided to ask for a different salesperson at the end of our leases. This time around, we were about to leave the dealership after experiencing Tony Grauer's rude and sarcastic attempt to secure our business. However, we decided instead to ask for assistance by another salesperson. Mike Santone immediately responded to our request and proved to be respectful of our needs, friendly, efficient, resourceful and - more than anything - helpful. Mike very quickly earned our respect and trust, and - in return - he earned two additional 3-year lease contracts from us. We have no doubt that Mike Santone will be a successful employee with Honda for many years to come. He's a good guy, he didn't try to BS us and he listened to the concerns we had with other salespeople before showing us that we could put our faith in him. Mike's a good guy, and we both appreciate his efforts. More

I have a difficult time making decisions, and after about 6 years of looking at cars, I finally picked one..at least I thought. Originally I had contacted Dennis Jenkins to find out if the car I was looking for was available and to set up an appointment. He responded very quickly to my e-mail and answered several questions for me. When we arrived at the dealership, Dennis was very busy and apologized, but he then introduced us to Jesse Lee; and he was fantastic. He was friendly, helpful, informative, and totally patient with my decision making difficulties. He helped me decide on a different car than I had originally intended on purchasing, and I LOVE it! This is my second car from this dealership, I always recommend them; but I will be recommending Jesse Lee and Dennis Jenkins now too. More

Great sales experience We went to two other Honda dealerships to find my new van and this dealership was the best experience because of Ira. He knew we were just there to n We went to two other Honda dealerships to find my new van and this dealership was the best experience because of Ira. He knew we were just there to negiotiate a deal. We gave him our best offer given and he was able to match it. And then we were also able to negiotiate one more selling item, and it sealed the deal. They had a new van for us on their lot and prepped and washed it while we waited! On top of that, my name was listed on a 'welcome to Jay Honda' board.And every weekend in the summer, they serve free lunch (hotdogs, hamburgers, and sausages). It was great since we were there over lunch for 4 hours and were hungry! Great food too! Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Ira kept checking in with us, and was very receptive to our needs. More
