I had been shopping for cars and kept running into the same old typical car sales game. Through the Costco program, I found Jay Honda and Michael Santone. Hands down, this was the best experience with a new car purchase. There is no doubt in my mind that when I or friends or family go to get a new car, Michael is the first and only choice. PS- His brother runs the finance at Jay Honda and he is most friendly and down to earth finance manager I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. No gimmicks. No tricks. No last minute add ons.
