I was greeted at the door like I was someone important, not just as anybody off the street. I was directed to Michael Santone to take care of my new car and trade-in questions. I was comfortable with the negotiated new car price, and I got that price with just one request for a lower monthly payment. In the past I have had to haggle for over an hour. The color selection and options I wanted were readily available, plus I got a car with 5 miles on it like I wanted, and not a "demo." I will recommend friends I know to see Michael for their car buying needs. I even got his cellular number, and he urged me to call it anytime I needed anything. Michael's brother also treated me well in the Finance Dept.. He made it a very quick process, without aggressively pushing extended warranties and other products.
