We used Jay Honda for the purchase of our last two accords. Now that it was time for a new car, we knew where to go. Tony Grauer greeted us as soon as we entered the showroom. This was all done in a professional, manner with no high pressure sales pitch. We really appreciate the manner in which we were treated. He called to let us know that the car had come in and we met again to finalize the purchase. Once again he took the time to explain all the controls and features of our new Civic. We drove out with a good feeling that we were taken care of by a salesman who cared about us and it was a positive experience. I walked onto the Jay Honda lot knowing that I had serious credit issues and not feeling confident about my chances of making a purchase that was within my means. I was referred to John Marrinucci and told that if he couldnt help me, no one could. I was greeted immediately and with a friendly smile and handshake by John as soon as I arrived on the lot. I told him my issues and he showed several vehicles that he felt would fit the criteria that I had provided. I was allowed to test drive two of them and was not treated like a "credit nightmare" but like a paying customer who deserves respect. I gave the rating that I gave because I felt as if the sales and finace staff at Jay seemd interested in not only making a sale, but also in making sure that I got the best possible deal under the very challenging circumstances that I presented. I would definitely recommend Jay Honda and fully intend to refer anyone who is intersted in a certified pre-owned Honda to see John Marrinucci. More
