This was all done in a professional, manner with no high pressure sales pitch. We really appreciate the manner in which we were treated. He called to let us know that the car had come in and we met again to finalize the purchase. Once again he took the time to explain all the controls and features of our new Civic. I walked onto the Jay Honda lot knowing that I had serious credit issues and not feeling confident about my chances of making a purchase that was within my means. I told him my issues and he showed several vehicles that he felt would fit the criteria that I had provided. I was allowed to test drive two of them and was not treated like a "credit nightmare" but like a paying customer who deserves respect. I gave the rating that I gave because I felt as if the sales and finace staff at Jay seemd interested in not only making a sale, but also in making sure that I got the best possible deal under the very challenging circumstances that I presented.
