My sales person, Tony Grauer was very thorough and accomadating. The thing that impressed me the most was the way he explained the entire vehicale to me before I drove it off the lot. In addition to the personal touch, though, what I liked most about Tony was that he treated me with respect. This was a marked contrast from the way I was treated at another dealership on the East Side, where the salesman spoke to me like I was a 13 year old despite the fact that I am a successful businesswoman.
