Tony Grauer is wonderful. Every single step of the process of buying a new car from him was great. In addition to the personal touch, though, what I liked most about Tony was that he treated me with respect. This was a marked contrast from the way I was treated at another dealership on the East Side, where the salesman spoke to me like I was a 13 year old despite the fact that I am a successful businesswoman. Tony is passionate about helping people find the right car, but the fact that he treats his customers like people - who deserve kindness and respect - is what set him apart most for me. Thanks Tony! I was referred to Jay Honda by a friend who knew that I was in the market for a new car. I had already made arrangements with my salesman from another dealership. I figured that since I was a female I would probably be taken advantage of....so I went in with an attitude. I was immediatly greeted by Tony. I explained to him that I didn't have a lot of time and just wanted to see two vehicles. He was extremely kind, patient, and knowledgeable. After about 20 minutes I fell in love with Jay Honda. Everyone there was so nice and friendly. I actually felt comfortable being there. I ended up staying much longer than I anticipated but by my own choice. I purchased my vehicle there but not because the car was so great....but because the service was AWESOME!!! I knew Honda had a good reputation but that was about it. Tony was great at explaining everything to me and I never felt like he was "pushing me to buy". Then I met with Xavier, a truly nice guy who went above and beyond for me. Neither one of the guys pushed me to buy anything that I didn't want and took the time to explain all of my options with the pros and cons. I was sold on customer service alone. I HIGHLY recommend Jay Honda to everybody I talk to now. More
