Went in for information on a new car for my parents, and Tony and I sat down and he discussed all options, and gave figures for what they may want. Then the next day I took Mom and Dad up to the dealership to get firm prices, and let them decide what they wanted in their new car. What was great, is that Tony took the time to show them on a car in stock, what options they picked, to either show them what it looked like, or how it functions. We bought the car that night, and because of the option they wanted, they had to locate the car on another lot to bring in. We were kept up to date what was happening, right up to delivery day. Then picking up the car was just as pleasurable as the rest of the purchase. Before we pulled off the lot with the car, he took the time to make sure we understood all the features of the car, and made sure we knew how to operate them. This is the fifth Honda from Jay Honda, and it's salesmen like Tony that keeps us coming back! More

He was really great to work with and I can't recommend him highly enough. He was very nice and helpful and very low pressure. He was happy to take us out to test drive as many minivans as we liked. We weren't ready to buy that day and wanted to do some more research before buying, and like I said, the place is very low pressure. But after looking at all the prices online and on other dealer's lots, Jay Honda was definitely the best deal and the car was exactly what we were looking for. We came back and Mike helped us put a deal together for the car. I wish I could have gotten a little more for my trade in, but that's the case with any trade in I've ever had. And the car was already way cheaper than anywhere else, so it didn't bother me that much. They still worked with me on the numbers and I feel I got a great deal. They cleaned up the Odyssey very nicely and we picked it up the next day. Their finance department even beat our preapproved financing, which was very good already. The finance guy and the manager there were also very nice and easy to work with. I wish I had their names, but basically everyone we met there was great. We visited several dealerships on the Bedford automile and looked at many cars, but we came back to Jay Honda because the price was right and the people were very friendly and low pressure. I hate car shopping but they made it a very pleasant experience. Will definitely go back again when my Accord needs to be replaced, and I won't hesitate to recommend this dealership. My sales person, Tony Grauer was very thorough and accomadating. The thing that impressed me the most was the way he explained the entire vehicale to me before I drove it off the lot.
