She didn't waste our time showing us anything beyond what we were comfortable spending, and the entire staff there was friendly, competent and very professional. We never expected to leave the dealership December 31 with a new car, but we did. We left our old car there, and we drove into the new year in a new car thanks to the capable staff at Jay Honda.
