I told them what I wanted, we went to drive a couple cars and then the wheeling and dealing began. I was happy with the final deal and was excited to pick up my new car. Picking up my car was a whole different experience. I had an appointment but still had to wait and the whole thing took over 3 hours which was ridiculous. I was Told my car had features that it doesn't and there were mistakes made with the paperwork and such that I caught and had to have corrected. Than goodness for Joe Russo in finance because he made it as pleasant as possible. Very nice guy to work with. Just annoyed and feel like a better job could have been done. More

One of the best car-buying experiences we've ever had Every sales person we came in contact with was extremely friendly, and nobody was pushy. The sales people were available to answer all questions, but also gave us our space to test-drive, manage our kids, and ultimately make a decision...all in our own time frame. The salesman was the epitome of what a Salesman should not be: Didn't hear me, pushy, rude and obnoxious. I decided to go to Jay Honda, where I had my 2003 serviced and met Rick Kwiecien, who is everything and more of what a Great Salesman should be: First, he listened to me without butting in and heard me. Second, he showed me vehicles that fit my needs and budget, not his commission or what he was going to get out it. Third, he is informative and very knowledgeable, without being condescending and put me at ease. The entire experience was very pleasant. What did Rick get out it besides any commission? A customer for life that has a huge family, friends and associates who may need new/used cars and where to send them.. and I'll say " Save yourself alot of headache, call RICK, at Jay Honda!!!! More

He did good job steering us through the website to show the vehicle comparison tool since we were leaving to go look at other dealerships. We felt absolutely no pressure to buy that first day as we have in previous experiences, which we both hate, by the way. We left and checked out other cars the first day and I used the website that night to get head to head comparisons, very useful. The next day we went back and Charles gave us a very fair deal to make the sale. My wife's motto is you don't know unless you ask so we got $ for the trailer hitch and the cargo cover added in. Also very good job steering us through the "gadget training" as I like to call it and he reassured me if we need more to just come back. I'd be comfortable doing that. Joe Russo was also a great guy and did efficient job explaining and getting us through the paperwork. Overall best experience buying a new car I've had and would definitely recommend Jay Honda to others. Thanks. More

My salesman, Tony Spitalieri, and his assistant Sean McGrath did an amazing job getting me out my lease early and into two great vehicles. Also, the sales manager Jamie Pilla did a fantastic job getting the deal done. Finally, the finance manager, Ira Jackson-Carpenter handled all the paperwork very efficiently. I have been dealing with Jay Honda for many years and would highly recommend the dealership. More
