Also, the sales manager Jamie Pilla did a fantastic job getting the deal done. Finally, the finance manager, Ira Jackson-Carpenter handled all the paperwork very efficiently. We'd done some of the work over the phone but I was still very impressed that we were there less than two hours total, including Charles showing my wife how to work all the tech in the car and putting the temp tag on for us. Wanted to call out the GM Mark Lyon in particular since he's clearly setting the right tone in this dealership. My only compliant is that they would not sell me the little 1972 Honda 600 they have on display in the showroom :-). More

Great Customer Service Lauryn I took my Mom to Jay Honda back in Feb 2016 and when we arrived it was a busy Saturday afternoon and all of the sales people were busy, but Lauryn who I took my Mom to Jay Honda back in Feb 2016 and when we arrived it was a busy Saturday afternoon and all of the sales people were busy, but Lauryn who's the receptionist not only greeted us she also SOLD my Mom her 16 CRV!!! I was so pleased with her service that I went back and purchased a 16 Accord sedan and I only wanted to work with Lauryn, because she's warm, welcoming, and caring, I not only got a great deal on my Accord thanks to her and Joe(finance manager ) I also made a my friend/sister!!!
