Soon as I came in they asked me what car I was interested in and offered a test drive, opposed to other dealerships I had visisted who had said “well first let me check your credit score”. This was my first time going through the process of buying the car and I never felt overwhelmed, rushed, or forced into my decision. It has only been 3 days since I purchased my car and I’ve told all my family members and friends about my experience with them and how they helped me attain my dream car! I honestly wouldn’t imagine going anywhere else to get a car If I have children in the future! I’m overjoyed with my purchase and know I made a great investment toward my future choosing to go to Jay Honda and purchasing a Honda Civic. This wasn’t just a purchase to me, but definitely a learning experience. They taught me a lot about leasing since I had never been introduced to the process and why some people do it and why people don’t. They not only gave advice they needed to give me since they are businessmen but real life/helpful advice they have modeled In their own lives. Zachary, Omar, and Ira were definitely amazing to me. I had emailed three other dealers and did not hear back from them until Friday afternoon. Rick had my son back for a test drive the following Monday and discussed the cars and their options. They also facilitated the trade in of our older SUV that had died. I appreciated the ease and speed of service, as I was also dealing with my car being totaled and the purchase of a new car for myself .
