Our sales rep Sean McGrath was great in explaining everything and walking us through the process without any rush. The manager Mark Lyon was able to work with us on our promotion and make things work so we could drive home that night. Having kept several employees 1 hour 30 minutes after they closed, I was very satisfied with the high quality customer service. All of the terms were spelled out and there was nothing that wasn't totally clear to me; I believe that this level of communication is most important when making such a large purchase. Thanks again to Sean and Mark for a great experience! I'm very excited to drive my CRV! More

He made me feel at ease and did not apply any pressure on me to buy on the spot. My salesman n was cordial, friendly, easy to talk to and very patient when it came to getting my paperwork lined up. He is a hands on natural, smart and easy going person. My sales person kept in touch with me through the whole process. If I was to buy a house I would want him as my agent, or if I need a lawyer he would be the one. I really felt he had my best interest at heart and was really there to make it happen from beginning to end. When the deal was closed I really felt like he was sending me off to college or leaving home with a new car! He made sure all the car system and balances checked out, made sure I was comfortable, and again showed me the "get me started ins and outs" of my new car! He made sure that when I left that lot I was a happy camper. I am. Oh and the rest of the staff was just as friendly like one big happy family! More
