My husband and I had a bad experience with Sandy Taylor in the past and this time was no exception. I have been bringing my Acura TLX for oil changes for the last 6 years. Her first words to me were "are in the past and this time was no exception. I have been bringing my Acura TLX for oil changes for the last 6 years. Her first words to me were "are you sure you're in the right dealership" As if I was a total idiot and didn't know where I was. When I assured her I was, she went on and on about it. I clearly had an appointment and she never bothered to look it up. She also made mention several times how she was going to put in my records that I declined the brake maintenance , when my brakes are at 8/10. I do not EVER want her as my service representative again. Or, I will take my business somewhere else. My sister brought her CRV in with a small issue, Sandy told her it would cost $200 and she would have to leave it for several days. My sister went to a dealership in Streetsboro, they fixed it on the spot for free. More
