I had no intention of getting a new car but because of the condition of the car I had, I had no choice. They were extremely nice, empathetic to my situation, quick working and realistic with me. I have a brand new car with almost the same car payment. Rob also spent the time to go over all the nooks and crannies of how my new vehicle is really convenient for me with kids. "Extremely Pleased" Since I haven't purchased a new vehicle since 2004, I needed a comprehensive approach. Over the past month, I went to every showroom and looked at every new car checking price, comfort, and style. Upon my second visit, I shared that I was interested in a used Accord. I was introduced to Perry Sipe, who walked me out into the lot and showed me two Accord Sedans. He said the red one was a standard model and the black one was an EX that had all the features. I chose the EX, and during the test drive he went through all the features in real time. After the test drive, we went back in and talked numbers and I left. I felt completely informed with all the facts. There was no pressure. Two days later, I came back with a plan. I had a bank loan, some cash, but I needed love on my trade-in. Perry made it happen. Jay Honda's sales philosophy should be the model in the industry!! More
