I have always had Honda's but it had been 18 years since I purchased my last car. Rob took the time to show me the new technology and changes that Honda had made. During our test drive, we found out that the world is getting smaller and we had crossed paths in numerous ways. Shopped more than 8 different dealers over a 2 month period. None compared to the experience that I had from Sarah Lucarelli at Jay Honda! Sarah was the most knowledgeable and friendly of all the sales people that I met during my search. She was truly proud to show me the 2016 Pilot. Answered all my questions like a pro. This included mechanical questions like service intervals and timing belts. Other sales people, I found, barely knew their products. Most of all, Sarah didn't pressure trying to turn a FORD/Chevy guy into a Honda owner. The entire experience was extremely pleasurable. I have been super happy with the performance of my new Honda Pilot so far. Great ride and surprisingly much better MPG than listed on the window sticker! All this thanks to Sarah and the folks at Jay Honda! Did I mention price? Go see Sarah and Jay Honda to see for yourself.
