I have personally talked to everyone that was involved in your transaction and have made procedure changes to ensure we never have a guest inconvenienced while trying to pick out their new car. We have also implemented an additional quality control inspection before a vehicle is parked on the lot. The salesperson, Tony will receive comprehensive customer service training, procedure training and product knowledge training.
