I was in and out in 2 hours and did all paperwork that day. I was impressed with the way they were able to work a great deal for me. Other car lots turned me down for lease options due to my poor credit score and I really wanted a lease. I just knew that Jay Honda would say no as well, but to my surprise they didn't. Tony and Mike worked it out for me and I was able to get the car I wanted and lease it at reasonable price. I highly recommend these guys. I look forward to doing business with them for years to come. More

He was not only knowledgeable about the car I wanted,, he was also personable, and professional. Most importantly, he actually listened and addressed every comment and concern I had. about the car and the buying process. The climate of the showroom, and the demeanor of all of the employees there was unique experience in an auto dealership. I'd recommend this dealership to anyone who finds buying a car laborious and off-putting. You may be pleasantly surprised.. As for Ira, but if he's not available, I wouldn't be surprised that anyone who is available would treat you just as well. More

Started with online chat with Dennis, then phone call after my credit was approved, then I went in for some test drives. Dennis was knowledgeable and affable. I never felt uncomfortable or lost, or bored for that matter! I think the whole process took less than 3 hours, from walking in, discussing cars, taking 2 test drives, deciding on model, and all the financing and insurance hassles that go along with it. Couldn't be happier with my purchasing experience. I will recommend Jay Honda to anyone looking for a new car! More

I originally spoke with Mike Schaefer. He was very nice over the phone and gave me information promptly. When I went into the dealership he was with another customer so I ended up dealing with Tony Spitalieri. He was so wonderful. We said we had to be out of their in an 1:15 and he got all of the paperwork, the financing, and the car detailed in that time. I have never bought a car before, but my parents said that it was the fastest turnaround they had ever seen (and they have bought many cars). I was so happy I got to drive my 2014 CRV off the lot. I love it so much! The next day I went back, because the time frame of the previous day didn't allow for them to show me everything about the vehicle. Mike went through how to work everything in the car and I felt more confident that I would know where everything was and how it worked. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. It was the most enjoyable car buying experience ever. The people there are so nice, and really genuinely care about you, and not just the sale. More
