Lease Review I went to Jay Honda to trade in my current Honda lease and start a new lease. I contacted Jay Honda by email and was contacted by Tony Spitalieri shortly thereafter. He was enthusiastic and helpful and he worked very hard to meet my needs- time, schedule, and budget. Tony quickly set up a time for me that worked with my schedule, and met me within minutes at the door at Jay Honda. He was extremely considerate of our time, and made the whole leasing experience very easy and stress-free. Coming from another dealership that put a lot of pressure on me, and wasn't able to meet my needs, this was a breath of fresh air. Tony's attitude and goal the whole time was to make me leave happy and satisfied. He didn't play any typical "car salesman games," and was able to get me the best deal possible. Mike Schaefer worked with us as well and was so friendly and helpful. He answered all the questions I had, and was very knowledgable about the car and the leasing process. He and Tony collaborated to get us through the process and make it enjoyable. I left happy and with a great car. Immediately after leaving, I was contacted by Tony and he continues to check in to make sure everything is going well with me and my new Honda. Excellent Service About a month ago I bought my very first car, and I had absolutely no idea what I was doing. Tony Spitalieri contacted me not even a day after I init About a month ago I bought my very first car, and I had absolutely no idea what I was doing. Tony Spitalieri contacted me not even a day after I initially contacted Jay Honda to set up an appointment, and when I met with him a few weeks later he had the exact car I wanted on the lot for me, having had it driven 100 miles to get there. We went for a test drive and he went over all of the awesome features on the car, how to set up the bluetooth, how to work the many radio stations, etc. During the sales process when I was completely lost he explained every little detail to me and really made me feel comfortable and confident in buying the car. I was trading in my old car, which I had a huge attachment to, and actually burst into tears after agreeing to trade it, and Tony brought me a box of tissues and a bottle of water and drove it around to let me say goodbye. Overall, Tony was extremely pleasant and professional and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy a Honda. More

Tony and Mike made the deal happen, it's that simple. I was on my 2nd lease through Jay Honda and I was looking to turn in my Crosstour a little early because I really liked the look of the Accord Sport. There were good incentives on the 2014 model so I went down to Jay to take a look and see what my options were. After 30 seconds of walking into the showroom Mike greeted me and I quickly gave him my story and we took the car I wanted for a test drive. Not a "drive car" which was right outside, but the actual car I wanted that was in another lot. After the test drive Tony got involved to help out. Both Mike and Tony worked with me on a deal and at first it looked like it wasn't going to be feasible. After talking through the numbers a little more and speaking with the Sales manager we were able to come to an agreement on terms. Throughout the entire process Tony and Mike were upfront with numbers and at no time did I feel I was getting talked down to. Everyone was upfront and honest and the entire process was very enjoyable. Their finance department was quick and efficient and I feel like both sides walked away happy. This is my 3rd lease through Jay Honda and every time has been a very positive experience. If you are uncomfortable with the car buying process or always feel like you are at a disadvantage, go see Mike and Tony.
