Made the dreaded car-buying experience wonderful! We arrived after 8:30pm at the dealership since we had already spent over an hour at another dealer and weren't satisfied with our options there. He was so pleasant and helpful right up through the entire buying process! He and the team stayed till 10pm to help with all of our questions and paperwork! Never a complaint or regard for the lateness of the hour. Truly customer focused!! Afterward, Dennis helped with setting up the Bluetooth for my phone and just making sure I was comfortable with all of the new features.
