I love everything Jay Honda did for me. I was stuck in a horrible loan on a mediocre car. They got me out of it and into a lease in a awesome car. I rarely write reviews but I had to share my recent car buying experience. I hadn't had to purchase a car in over ten years and was out of the loop of the ends and outs of car buying. I reached out to several car dealerships and I had to two car salesmen at two different dealerships promise me follow up on my request and to this day I still have not received a follow up for either salesmen. I was so put off and it made me think that some of these car sales people are causing individuals to buy somewhere else. I was hesitant to try for a third time but I took a chance and Tony at Jay Honda recused me.Tony was very helpful, low pressure and good follow up. We've been Jay Honda customers since about 1994. We have purchased 3 Honda Accord used vehicles & this is our third lease. It's been a pleasure working with Tony Spitalieri for this second lease. His skill is making sure we, the customer, are extremely satisfied with both his service and our vehicle. He always follows up as many times as necessary by phone & e-mail. He spent as much time as we needed (and even more) to help us select our vehicle and to make sure we understood how to use all the bells & whistles. Tony even drove us around a lot so that we could be sure we were happy with our color selection. He made it a very personal experience by introducing to the Jay Honda personnel who would be working with us - the sales manager, the dealer manager, the person who would be installing our car seats. WE had lots of laughs when he was extremely patient teaching us how to use the vehicle blue tooth. All & all it was a great experience with Tony & all the Jay Honda personnel.
