I leased my first Honda Accord EX from Minville Thompson back on May 2003 and bought it out at lease end. I have been extremely happy driving my 2003 these past 10 3/4 years and it’s been sad to realize th back on May 2003 and bought it out at lease end. In the past weeks in one of the snow storms I damaged the muffler and was on my way to get it repaired, I thought why not just call Jay Honda and see what great programs and options they have available on a new 2014 Accord EX. I have always been extremely happy in the past with dealership and their service department. I called and was connected with Rob Logan and Tony Spitalieri. I was so impressed with their willingness to be upfront and tell me the offers available for the 2014 Accord Sedan EX. Rob quickly had my 2003 Accord assessed while Tony took me out to test drive an Accord EX. Yep I knew after the test drive I was ready to trade in the 2003 and lease the 2014 Accord EX but I wanted Alabaster Silver or Modern Steel color. I was in luck a brand new Modern Steel was available. Tony & Rob came in with a good lease deal taking into consideration my trade-in. Patsy Santone was great explaining the financing with Honda Financial Services and within a few hours from start to finish Rob was loading my phone contact and training me on the options I was off driving my newly leased Accord EX. This is our second car from Jay Honda and our first experience was great (Dennis Jenkins), unfortunately though I cannot say this time was that good. Mr. Lee was nice, but I felt he was more concerned about showing us his accomplishments rather then getting us a good deal. Then Xavier Pepple was kind enough to give me parenting advise while having me sign the loan. I think next time we will either go back to Mr. Jenkins or head out to mentor honda. More

I leased a civic from Jesse 3 years ago and at that time really enjoyed working with him. Just prior to my lease term being up, I had the opportunity to attend some work related negotiation seminar/ workshops and I thought it would be a fun opportunity to put some of those new skills to practice outside the work walls. Jesse and his peers were such great sports and it all worked! They were more than willing to negotiate and I left very satisfied. I love my new Civic with the custom leather interior job and the new design is great! I could have only been happier if I walked out of there with a free car and a hot date ;)?I will definitely be referring friends and family to him! More
