I will never buy a car from here again They acted like I will never buy a car from here again They acted like they were doing me a favor. I have gotten a least 6 cars from them. Just went today to the service department and even though I had a print out from the Honda website they still blamed the issue on the snow and radar!!! More

Their Service is Degraded to the Lowest Quality They started doing dirty job in the service and, most importantly, they think that the customers do not see it. I took my car for oil change the They started doing dirty job in the service and, most importantly, they think that the customers do not see it. I took my car for oil change there. They kept the old oil draining for 5-10 minutes only. (I have a "bad" habit to walk around and have seen what they are doing with my car.) Most of the time I was there, about an hour, the car was simply pulled to the parking lot, and they made me wait an hour long until they brought my paperwork, "as the oil change takes an hour". Furthermore, they weren't giving me the car key, motivating they had to bring the car from the carwash. Only after I strictly told them it is already one hour that the car was pulled to the parking lot, they found and gave me my key. So, basically they cheat the customers. They change oil maximum in 15-20 minutes, without following the old oil drain out procedure, and then keep a car about an hour in their parking lot, just for a customer to think it takes an hour for oil change. And they charge a pretty high price -about $49 for oil change only. I am asking myself: why do I have to pay such a big money for such a poor quality service? I can get that kind "quality" service at any other car shop, and for a lower price! Sorry, but very disappointed how they have worsen their service and will disconnect using their services. There are lot of car shops in the area that may be better, they may care care about the customer just to retain them. More
Thought they knew what they were doing I couldn't drive my son's car on the freeway, it shook so badly when I was bringing in for airbag recall work. I complained about the problem, and the garage we normally use is in Cleveland Heights. They convinced me to leave it for repairs, and I was impressed. I was offered a loaner to get home to Geauga County. When I returned to pick up the car, I paid a very high bill for new brakes, and replacing all 4 stabilizer links. The free loaner was built into the repair cost and then some. Driving home the car STILL shook and the vibrations scared me so I went directly to our trusted mechanic in Cleveland Heights. My husband picked me up on his way home from work, and we get a call the next morning. A broken motor mount is the problem and it is easily seen due to the way the motor tilted to one side. Apparently they never even opened the hood at Jay Honda. When I called to complain, I was told by the service manager that they don't need to open the hood to do the brakes, suspension work, or airbag recall. He blamed me for not telling them to, then the service writer for whatever reason and basically blew me off. I like our sales person but won't be back for repairs. The cost is Extremely High!! Coincidentally my husband's Toyota's stabilizer links needed to be replaced this week, we had our usual mechanic do the work. Rven assuming that the parts (both OEM) cost less, the difference in price was striking. Less time consuming, even though it is an older car and labor charges were less. MOST IMPORTANTLY, I am certain that the repair was done correctly and the diagnostic information was correct. I am not anticipating any further issues and I am confident that main is driving a safe vehicle. I am not worried after l leave the garage that unnoticed problems will put him at risk. More

Air Bag replacement Jay Honda replaced both front airbags per the recall. They called to tell me my driver's side window does not work although it worked perfectly when I Jay Honda replaced both front airbags per the recall. They called to tell me my driver's side window does not work although it worked perfectly when I brought it in. When I arrived and tried to use the window it dropped into the door panel. It was a rainy day so they sent me to the service department. He put a very tacky plastic cover on the window opening. When I got home I removed the plastic very slowly but it took the paint off of my frame. For someone that sells cars wouldn't you know that the plastic damages the finish on a car. I have been very careful with my car and tried to take care of it. I can't believe the dealer actually ruined it. I will not use Jay Honda EVER. Very disappointed. The only reason I am giving this experience two stars is because the person who took care of me initially was very nice and she was knowledgeable. More
Service center is out to make a buck!! I brought my 2012 Crosstour from the Nissan dealer across the street from Jay Honda. There was an issue so the car was taken to Honda to get checked o I brought my 2012 Crosstour from the Nissan dealer across the street from Jay Honda. There was an issue so the car was taken to Honda to get checked out. At that time they told us what was wrong and that they had to wait for the part but the car was safe to drive. The cost was covered by the warranty. The part came in much faster then they said and time elapsed was about 2 weeks. took the car in to have the repair and an oil change. ( oil life was at 60% ) They stated they checked the car and then proceeded to say I need to change the transmission fluid, drive train fluid and needed new tires all around. My questions was did all this go bad in two weeks? They had no answer. I had them do the work I originally came there for the axel replacement and the oil change. One week later the oil life reads 40% . Either they did not change the oil and the filter or the sensor is broken and they did not check for that instead chosing to try and run my bill up with other "necessary" services. Either way it seems I can't trust what they say and now I need to find another Honda dealer to service my car. More

Bad service after they sell you the car!! I writing this email to rebuke my previous rating for Rob Logan. I had previously thought he is a good dealer when I brought my car in 2014 summer. That time, he made many beneficial promises about giving me discount or deals for my future first car service. Today, I came to Jay Honda for a car service, he said he doesn't remember me or about any discussion we had. He said he would have give me some sort of proof if he did promise me. I was quite disappointed. I mean he should have at least try to look up my file to see if he recalls providing service to me. Being sincere before I buy the car and give me attitudes afterward I bought the car is something that is unacceptable as a dealer. So, if the something happen to anyone in the future, make sure you get some proof from this guy! More
