Came in for a regular oil change and the wonderful service woman Melissa Bonfanti let me know that I should probly look into having my breaks serviced and some other regular maintenance that my last s service woman Melissa Bonfanti let me know that I should probly look into having my breaks serviced and some other regular maintenance that my last shop never suggested to me. I was more than happy to have them do these things as I was shocked that I was never notified before by my local shop that I USED to go to. Won't make that mistake again, I will be coming to Jay Honda for all my future needs. As for Melissa she was very helpful and extremely nice and went over the details of my bill and what things meant, also kept checking on me to make sure I was comfortable as I waited. Best service I have received from a service department in the last 15 years!! More

Called 440 232 5005 and asked for replacement parts. Got Dave on the line and told him that you guys sent me the wrong part. I asked to reship the correct part to me? Dave said cant you drive out here and get it? I said this is your mistake and you need to correct it. He proceeded to tell me that he'll check Monday if they can have the part shipped. So now I have to wait all weekend to find out if you can even ship me the correct part. Very disappointed at how my phone call was handled. Then when he hung up he slammed the phone in my ear. As if it were my fault you guys made a mistake? Come on! I usually never fill these survey things but thought I'd let you know of my experience so you could correct it. Thank you! I brought my 16 year old son to Jay Honda this afternoon to have some wiper blades and a break light bulb replaced. We did not have an appointment but Pam Mayo went out of her way to accommodate us.
