I have purchased honda cara from Jay Honda for the last 12 years. July 3, 2025 my HRV neede to be towed to Jay Honda. They took a look at and showed me a small dent.. i am talking the size of my fingertip 12 years. July 3, 2025 my HRV neede to be towed to Jay Honda. They took a look at and showed me a small dent.. i am talking the size of my fingertip dent and proceeded to tell me to call my insurance and make a claim because that is the problem that caused my vehicle to be damaged and not start. The service manager screamed and yelled at me for 15 minutes because i asked questions about how this small dent was the cause of my oil coming out of my car. Robert was very rude and basically told me i am responsible for the damage. I am so disappointed with this incident. He was so hostile towards me and the worst customer service I have seen in there More

I have purchased only Honda vehicles in my lifetime in 1992, 2001, 2009, 2014, and 2021. I reported a problem to the service department (this should be well documented in the vehicle history notes) while 1992, 2001, 2009, 2014, and 2021. The mechanic simply turned the car's wheel in front of me and said it did not make a noise. I don't think the vehicle was taken for a test drive, and I was not told that I could purchase a suspension evaluation to get a diagnosis. Now my car is just out of warranty, and I am told it needs $4,000 in repairs due to a binding steering rack. I opened a complaint with Honda corporate. If Honda does not make this right, I will sell my car and never buy a Honda again. On a positive note, service advisor Ty is excellent. More
