I was purchasing a new MDX I had been working with Jay Wolfe staff over a period of 6 weeks to identify what my needs and wants were for my next vehicle. I dove multiple models I had been working with Jay Wolfe staff over a period of 6 weeks to identify what my needs and wants were for my next vehicle. I dove multiple models and different levels of tech to determine what I needed and wanted. I had identified the vehicle I wanted and then began talking sales price and trade-in value. On one Friday night, I was thinking about the numbers and e-mailed Jimmy Carpenter (New Car Sales Mgr.) a question about where we were at. My e-mail was at 11:01 pm .... I fully expected Jimmy to get back to me Saturday Morning ..... He returned my e-mail at 11:45 pm Friday Night. with a detail understanding of the numbers. At that point It indicated to me that he was fully engaged in his job and Jay Wolfe. How could I go anywhere else after that! More

Always fast and exceedingly friendly service I purchased my 2014 TL Certified Pre-Owned from Jay Wolfe a few years ago and have been extremely pleased. The car itself is flawless and "just runs" I purchased my 2014 TL Certified Pre-Owned from Jay Wolfe a few years ago and have been extremely pleased. The car itself is flawless and "just runs" as intended with tons of power and great handling. Coming from an Audi of similar model year, I've been very pleased with Acura as an automobile, and with Jay Wolfe as a service center. The service advisors are always very prompt to address you when dropping off the vehicle, extremely friendly and conversational, and take the time to listen to your requests and/or questions. Amenities, should you choose to wait on site for the work to be done, are well beyond what some of the Euro car dealers offer (i,e. you can't get somebody to make you a *free* custom panini or smoothie at Audi . . . ). Though, Jay Wolfe is so fast with the service, you may just have to gobble down that cookie a bit more quickly. Jay Wolfe never pushes a service on you, but everyone knows if you take care of a Honda/Acura, it will never let you down. I always leave smiling, partially because they always wash and vacuum the vehicle, but mostly because I know once I drive away, everything I went in for was fixed, or serviced, and I can continue on with my life.
