Jack was extremely professional and accommodating during my visit to the dealership for my 1st oil change and tire rotation on my 2018 Acura TLX. He explained what services were being performed and went out of his way to ensure I understood and quickly and efficiently answered the few questions I had. Dillon is a great service member. Dillon is very busy. He is great at multi-tasking abs stu making every client feel welcome. He is very good at explaining all repairs and associated charges. He is a great communicator. He kept in touch the entire time my car was being repaired. After I picked the vehicle up and continues to hear the same noise he was very good at managing my expectations as they took my TL again to attempt to figure out why the noise could still be heard. He engaged in conversation about a used car we were buying for our daughter (first time driver) and suggested we have that vehicle checked over before buying it. We decided that was a good idea abs were pleased with the review that Jay Wolfe Acur did of the used car.
