Previous 2 attempts to get the problem addressed sermed to do down rabbit holes as the service advisor would be helpful- took pictures of steering wheel and said I would be called within 3 days (last April). Never heard back. Same thing was repeated at a later date. Third time was a charm. Pictures were taken and within 3 days everything was lined up to replace. Perfect. More
