Chris Marshall worked with me and called often to inform me of my new car's progress. He also made sure to ask how I was doing each time. I have never had an experience like this before. In fact, I refused to go to dealers with my husband I hated it so bad. I would tell my husband what car I wanted and he would get it for me. I should mention that both my husband and I traveled from Omaha to Kansas City to buy our cars. I went back because my husband was impressed with their customer service.
