After insisting I wasn't interested in trying a newer model, they were able to retrieve the car out of the service department and get me into the one I wanted. I'm generally pretty critical of the whole dealership process, but they were able to exceed my expectations. More

Waiting for the car to be serviced was even a delight because of Kyle and his team. Kyle remembered what we liked from our last visit!!! Wow! We felt so special. Inside, Kyle Boyd-Seward in concierge was also super! Friendly and had coffee ready first thing in the morning. The service center at Jay Wolfe Acura is the best, and I actually look forward to the visits. You all make a customer spoiled and I wouldn't want to deal with any other place! In and out of there in about 30 minutes too, so thank you! More

At about 1 hr 10 min they came out and told me they were almost done and as soon as it was washed I'd be ready to go. I waited another 45 min not hearing anything. I proceeded to go out into the service area to check in on progress. My agent was at his desk and I asked...it caught him a little off guard and looked around, only to find two sets of keys on his desk .....one was mine. He said they must've just brought them in. In his haste to check me out he mis calculated my amount due two different times, both times me telling him that didn't match the amount shown me prior to taking my car. He finally got it right and I left 2 hrs 15 min after I arrived. It started well...but came off the rails toward the end. I had rescheduled due to flooding at the dealership that happened earlier in the week...and it just might have been bad timing...but I was fairly aggregated by the time I left. I have always had a good experience there, so I am willing to say this was unusual....but still cost me time I didn't have....and was aggregating.... More
