Exceptional sales staff, service department and waiting room I just can't say enough great things about Jay Wolfe. We've been customers for 7 years and just recently upgraded our vehicle with Jay Wolfe and I ju I just can't say enough great things about Jay Wolfe. We've been customers for 7 years and just recently upgraded our vehicle with Jay Wolfe and I just can't believe they continue to impress me so much. Chris Marshall and Jim Mattson were absolutely wonderful team to work with while buying our new vehicle. Chris was an advocate for the buyer in the negotiation process and made it a pleasant experience overall. Jim, the new car sales manager, took time out of his day to complete the delivery process and show us every nook cranny and trick of the car. He personally got everything set up for us and made sure we knew how to use all the bells and whistles - certainly going above and beyond in my opinion. Many sales managers would have handed off that job to someone else. Both Chris and Jim were so very knowledgeable about the product. They knew all there was to know about our 9 year old trade in as well as what had changed (and how many times it had changed) in the past 9 years to make the 2017 model what it is today. I do my research and am always disappointed when I walk in knowing more about a vehicle than the sales staff. Not this time - these guys know their Acuras! I was actually in for an oil change and not intending to buy a car that day - but we'd been looking and in contact with JWA. I have to add that the service department is also exceptional. Always VERY professional and I never feel as though they are talking down to me as a woman. Dusty knows how to properly remove and re-install a carseat as well as any - its a God-send having him there to help when I've got kids with me! The service drive is always clean and welcoming and the waiting room - holy cow. I'm spoiled now! They serve me breakfast, lunch, and dinner and have a variety of treats, drinks, coffee & latte's, fresh fruit - anything your heart (or your child) desires! There is plenty of space for a LOT of customers. Whether you are eating, working, or watching TV there is a seat just for you. Or, if you are me and just trying to keep the kids out of the way there is a separated waiting area full of toys, a TV just for the kids, child sized furniture, a high chair, etc. My kids beg me to go to JWA! The staff in the waiting area will take your order and bring it right to you and even check in to see if you want anything else or if they can take away your plate. They are friendly and exceptional as well. Overall a GREAT place to be stuck without your car! More
