First Rate Service I was shopping online for a replacement car and found a used Lexus in my price range. Went back the next day and Chuck had all the paperwork ready for me to put a hold on the car until I arranged for payment. A day later I called Chuck to arrange a pick up time. He picked me up at work and while I completed the sales documents and payment with Joshua, Chuck attached the temporary licence tag and I was on my way. Jay Wolfe had give the car a complete checkout, made sure all recalls were satisfied and had the car detailed inside and out. Love the car, appreciated the attention to details and the sincere interest Chuck took in answering my questions and Joshua's efficiency in completing the paperwork. Great Job guys and Thank You. Had to Replace 2007 MDX (PAID FOR!!) unexpectedly Didn't think that I would be able to purchase another Acura but felt that I would have to try since I have happily owned only Acuras for the past 20 y Didn't think that I would be able to purchase another Acura but felt that I would have to try since I have happily owned only Acuras for the past 20 years. Went on-line to your website and found a certified 2014 RDX for $24, 449.00 (more than I wanted to spend for a used car). I began my search with less expensive vehicles. The last "non-Acura" vehicle I looked at settled my indecisiveness. Long story short: I contacted your dealership and met Chuck Hanson and my car search was over. Chuck was everything a salesman should be: knowledgeable, thorough, kind, and PATIENT which made my purchase stress free. He also has a good sense of humor which I appreciated. After we finished the paperwork, I was ready for the final step of the purchase - financing. Josh continued the stress-free atmosphere I experienced with Chuck and I left Jay Wolfe Acura with a car that makes me extremely happy.
