Oil Change & Misc. Check-up Brought my MDX in for a routine oil change and to check on some lights that had recently started to pop up. Now a LOYAL Jay Wolfe customer Over the past 7-8 years, I have been going to Hendrick Acura only because of timing of the vehicle I wanted, maintenance packages, etc had me "locked Over the past 7-8 years, I have been going to Hendrick Acura only because of timing of the vehicle I wanted, maintenance packages, etc had me "locked into" them for the past 7-8 years. During times I needed something basic like a tire patch, vehicle inspection...I was ALWAYS amazed and promised myself once I met my obligations with Hendrick, I would forever be a Jay Wolfe Acura customer. They are always courteous, available (which at Hendrick--is questionable after a 20 minute wait if anyone is there or not). The service technicians ALWAYS take the time to answer questions, never rush me , are very patient and you can just "feel" the positive nature of the organization and despite waiting, etc, customers always have a smile on their face and everyone makes us feel comfortable....I have never seen such incredible service EVER and will again be a forever loyal Jay Wolfe customer and if/when I purchase another Acura...I will be patient and wait until I can give 100% of my business to Jay Wolfe always and forever!!! Its worth the wait and I know they care as much about my car as I do and that's rare...usually you are a number...not at Jay Wolfe...they know your name, you are respectfully addressed by your name...I just can't say enough wonderful things about Jay Wolfe. The service was completed quickly, including the customary wash/ vacuum, and I was on my way in no time. Jordon is a total rockstar (still) and is one of the main reasons I keep coming back to Jay Wolfe. He is so great to work with and fun to talk to and I look forward to my next visit. Marketing expectation vs reality We bought our car from Jay Wolfe Acura & during the process we were told & it was labeled on the car & their website that it was certified pre-owned v We bought our car from Jay Wolfe Acura & during the process we were told & it was labeled on the car & their website that it was certified pre-owned vehicle. During the buying process there was a gap between their marketing promise and our real experience. They did not keep their promise like the car, the salesman & their website had said. They then decided since it was their marketing issue & that it shouldn't have been labeled as a certified pre-owned vehicle that it was their fault & they would offer us their own warranty through Jay Wolfe that we could use there. They again promised us it was exactly like the certified pre-owned warranty so we agreed to that seeing it was their mistake but they were giving us something of equal value. Well 6 months after buying our car there is a suspension issue, we took it into Jay Wolfe & expected it to be covered with our Jay Wolfe warranty since it would have been with the certified pre-owned & it isn't. Again their marketing promise is not what they claimed it would be. Our experience has been terrible, we feel like we were intentionally lied to & deceived & we will not be back nor would be recommended anyone going to Jay Wolfe Acura. More
Oil change Brought the vehicle to have the oil and the rear differential fluid changed. Was treated with courtsey by all staff to include the two people in the lounge. They were both cordial and were happy to supply me with refreshments while I waited. There was no need for the service advisor to update me while the minor service was being performed on my vehicle, as all that was done was fluid changes. The vehicle was presented to me in a very clean condition, which is improvement over the past when I have brought the vehicle in previous to this date. In the past the vehicle was washed to my satisfaction and was not fully vacuumed. In the past the person washing the vehilce did not vacuume in between the seats and the console, but this time the cleanliness of my vehicle met my expectations.. More
