I've been a long time customer here and they've done big stuff like my timing belt and water pump in addition to other maintenance. I've always found the associates to be professional and accommodating, thus my repeat business. This month I went in b/c my AC wasn't cooling. It was assessed to be a leak in the AC system and requiring replacement of the line....$775 (approx.) was the quote. That's a chunk of change in anyone's view and even the service rep acknowledged it was. I asked if there was any elements of the repair that were superfluous and not absolutely needed. I was told that he wouldn't do that to me...only necessary repairs. Regardless, I expressed my desire to get a 2nd opinion. I was just responsible for paying the $100 AC diagnosis fee (note: it wasn't fixed...this is just the diagnosis to do a dye test and recharge the system). So I took my car to a well-reviewed and well-rated non-dealer auto repair chain. They too found the leak but got my car cooling again for $91 TOTAL. They replaced the Shrader valve which is where the leak was happening and recharged the system...$91....NOT $775 (to be fair, they were also going to give me a $100 off coupon to "help me out"). I totally get paying a premium for dealer service. I've done it and have gladly paid it multiple times. But in this case, I can't help but feel I was about to be taken for a ride. It's 600 miles later in the high heat index filled days of July and the AC works so I don't believe the $91 was just a temporary patch job or cheap, low quality repair.. Even if it was, the repair is warrantied for 2 years by the company. More than happy to have that extra $550 in my pocket by getting a 2nd opinion. More

Buying a new MDX, how it should be. This purchase was the 3rd I have made from Jay Wolfe Acura. The people and the facility are top notch. The product is outstanding. A total feeling of importance and elegance from all those involved. But at the top of the list is the service department. 2nd to none and superb. Time and space here does not permit me the story that brought me back to purchase my first MDX. There are lesser priced SUVs and more expensive SUVs but for the money, I will stick with the Acura. And I will stick with Jay Wolfe Acura as my dealership. My sales guy, Jake Chamberlain was great to work with. He stayed in touch and did not come across with high pressure. I will recommend him any chance I get. More

Best Car Buying Experience to Date! I have sold, traded in, and purchased many cars over the years. I always know exactly what car I want and how much I want to spend. To me, an excellen I have sold, traded in, and purchased many cars over the years. I always know exactly what car I want and how much I want to spend. To me, an excellent car buying experience is one where the sales agent, sales manager, and finance manager understand that and respect your wishes. They find exactly what you want and don't waste your time trying to sell you anything else. That definitely was my experience at Jay Wolfe Acura. Jake Chamberlain did an excellent job of lining up cars to evaluate that met our requirements. And when they didn't have exactly what I was looking for on site, Jimmy Carpenter went to bat and ordered us one from the factory at a very competitive price. There was no pressure to purchase add-ons, and closing the deal and taking delivery was totally painless. Side note: I've owned an Acura RL for several years and always get outstanding service from Dusty Hancock. That initially was the main reason I decided to buy my next car from Jay Wolfe Acura. After working with Jake and Jimmy, I will continue to deal with Jay Wolfe Acura when I get ready to purchase my next car. More
Excellence repeated Bought my first Acura in 2008 @ Jay Wolfe and have enjoyed their excellent services both in sales and service. I had planned on keeping my TSX for Bought my first Acura in 2008 @ Jay Wolfe and have enjoyed their excellent services both in sales and service. I had planned on keeping my TSX for yet another 9 yrs, but one an unfortunate Saturday in June, my TSX was totaled. I turned to Jay Wolfe to find me a replacement car that would be as awesome as my TSX and the met the challenge. After Jake took me test driving of the TLX (both 2017 and 2018) and RDX, I landed on my new 2018 TLX. I loved the new look and the new safety features std in the base model! Jimmy and Jake were able to track down exactly what I wanted with very little waiting (2018's had just come out mid June). They even gave me a courtesy car to drive for a few days while I waited. Jake setup the delivery time to meet my schedule, walked me thru my car's features and functions to ensure I knew how to use them. Jake even came by my home to finalize the garage door button setup and the Apple car play functions which we hadn't gotten to before I had to head back to work. Going that extra mile for me, is what makes Jay Wolfe and its employees are so special! More
