Not like it use to be. I was told I could not get a loaner because I was bring my car in for a recall. I also got an oil change and ask service dept. to look into a bad odor I was told I could not get a loaner because I was bring my car in for a recall. I also got an oil change and ask service dept. to look into a bad odor in my car when I first started it. I ask for my car to be ready before 3pm or earlier, my appt. was at 10:30 am. We had to call four times before we ever got to talk with the service dept. This was at approx. at 4+pm. They said it still had to be finished and washed. We picked the car up the next day. Of course, the smell could not be found, but it is still there at times. I do understand it is very hard to find a problem that is part time. I live in Grain Valley, Mo. and that is a long drive. So, when I can't get a loaner, we have to drive two cars. By the way, someone called from Acura on Sunday and took a survey on my service. I thought Sunday was a strange time. Also, this is my 4th Acura (Legend, 2 RL's and now a TLX). More
