took too long I was schedule for a routine oil change. When i booked the appt, I asked how long it would be so that i could plan my day accordingly. I arrived early I was schedule for a routine oil change. When i booked the appt, I asked how long it would be so that i could plan my day accordingly. I arrived early, at 810 for an appt at 830, knowing that i may not be able to get in right away. When i booked the appt, i was told it would take 45 minutes. My car was finally done at 945, so it took over 90 minutes to complete a routine oil change. The staff was friendly and accommodating, no complaints there. Just concerned with the length of the visit compared to what was originally quoted. More
