He called right away to see if the part I would need for an air leak in my driver door was available. He told me it would be 2 hours for all the services to be performed and it ended up only being an hour and a half. More

Kyle went above and beyond when he checked on the progress of my oil change as I needed to tell my friend whom I was meeting when I left the dealership. Kyle and the lady who work behind the counter fixed me a bagel and coffee for which I was grateful. Before leaving, I asked a salesperson whose name I don't recall about the whereabouts of my Acura salesman, Jimmy Carpenter, and he took the time to take me to his office. Jimmy was his usual charming self and greeted me like a long-lost friend. We developed a good relationship when I bought my car. It was good to see him and congratulate him on his promotion. Great!! I went in for my first oil change at Jay Wolfe and they did an excellent job of getting me in and out quickly. While I waited, I was able to hang out I went in for my first oil change at Jay Wolfe and they did an excellent job of getting me in and out quickly. While I waited, I was able to hang out in The Lounge and enjoyed a complimentary breakfast. While I was there I also able to speak with Danny about getting my phone to work with the car.
