They put the customer in "customer service." I have purchased two cars from Jay Wolfe Acura. This dealership is exceptional. They have obviously spent a lot of time listening to what their custom I have purchased two cars from Jay Wolfe Acura. This dealership is exceptional. They have obviously spent a lot of time listening to what their customers want. Every single step of the customer's experience has been thought through – from arranging the service appointment, to pulling into the service bay, to the waiting lounge. For example, at the appointment you're asked if there is a specific service advisor you like to work with, and they schedule you with him/her. When you pull in, they know who you are. (My preferred service advisor, Dusty Hancock, is exceptional. Having that continuity from appointment to appointment really helps make sure things are done right and easily.) You're personally walked to the lounge and handed off to the cafe barista for complimentary drinks and food – or given a loaner vehicle if the service appointment goes beyond minimal time. And when your car is ready, there's no blaring speaker announcing your name. The service advisor comes and finds you to let you know. Every step is personal and professional. The quality of the work has also been good, and the dealership has been very good about explaining work needed. This dealership really does make a big difference in a customer's experience. More

Jordan, our advisor, was polite, professional & technically astute. He explained upfront, what was involved. He met his commitments & my expectations. The workmanship was high quality & there were no issues afterward. Also, Don't forget the watting area. It is First Class lounge with TV, food & refreshments. The waitress is there to take care of you, and she does it quickly & with a smile! If you need car repairs, or just an oil change, Jay Wolf Acura should be on the top of your list! Peter B. More

Excellent Service Center My car's oil was changed, given a multi-point inspection, vacuumed, and washed all for free. I did pay a fee to have the tires rotated, but it wasn't outrageous. All of this while my kids and I consumed lots of free snacks and drinks. I honestly look forward to having my car serviced at Jay Wolfe Acura! More

Oil change service tech was very nice and so was the waiting area, however waiting 1 1/2 hours for an oil change is excessive...I made an appointment online for service tech was very nice and so was the waiting area, however waiting 1 1/2 hours for an oil change is excessive...I made an appointment online for a Monday at noon and arrived 5 til and still had to wait over an hour....What is the point of making an appointment if it doesn't get you in any sooner?
