Oil change and potential tire rotation Service employee did not inform me that wheel balancing was an option and not requirement, when I requested a tire rotation. Had I known that I did not have to get the balancing, I would have gotten the rotation, only. Now, I have to make a 40 mile round trip back to get the tire rotation. More

Arrived a little early and was greeted immediately. Very clean service drive. Car needed some extra service and didn't feel pressured into buying. Smooth transition from dropping off to picking up. I usually handle maintenance on vehicles but took the wife along and now she feels very comfortable that she can do this on her own. Thank you to Robert and Kimberley for a great first time experience. Cannot forget the technicians that we don't see for turning the car around in a efficient manner. Will definitely be back! More
