"Dent Repair" I was on my way to the Jay Wolfe Acura Dealership to repair a dent on my car, when I accidentally locked my keys in the car. I called the service depa I was on my way to the Jay Wolfe Acura Dealership to repair a dent on my car, when I accidentally locked my keys in the car. I called the service department at Jay Wolfe Acura and immediately they connected me to Acura Roadside Assist. I was then able to arrive at the dealership to get the repair completed and I received a loaner car and everything went well! Steve Johns was my service advisor and he did a great job! More

By coincidence my wife's TL had a low nitrogen tire pressure alert the next day so I had her accompany me on my appointment. The service rep handled that surprise without as much as a xxxx-up. Aug 3, 1016 service I came in for A16 service. I was greeted promptly, and led to lounge area. Robert was courteous and helpful. Service was done quickly and there were I came in for A16 service. I was greeted promptly, and led to lounge area. Robert was courteous and helpful. Service was done quickly and there were no problems except for one small thing. The service tech did not fill out my maintenance log even though I had it sitting on the passenger seat. The seats are black as is the log book so it's admittedly hard to see but if they had looked over there for it, they would have seen it. I really like keeping the maintenance log and was disappointed that it wasn't filled out. More
