Went in for 120 maintenance, came out with a new car We scheduled a service appointment for the usual 120 maintenance, dropped our car off at the service center and started walking around. A sales rep. We scheduled a service appointment for the usual 120 maintenance, dropped our car off at the service center and started walking around. A sales rep. Was shortly by our side (as we kind of expected) and had answers to all of our questions about the cars we were looking at. I LOVED my MDX but there were a couple of things that I would have liked different, which I found in a newer model, which was on the lot.. in a pretty color.. with a decent number of miles.. in immaculate condition on the inside. And then we ended up signing papers for it. We were very specific on our financing and they met us exactly where we needed to be (if they could not, we would be content with driving our own car away) the dealership was pretty busy and it did take us quite a while to get out, which was the only negative aspect to the whole experience but when we sat down with the finance manager, he was very speedy, thankfully. The sales rep., manager and fiNance manager were all very professional, knowledgeable and overall our experience was good. We knew to expect this, we have used the service department before and were also extremely pleased. We love Acura brand, especially the MDX and will probably continue to upgrade as the years go on and if in the area, will most definitely use Jay Wolfe Acura for our service needs and purchases. More
