Very Impressed Have done business with my local dealership for over 10 years, but found the Certified MDX I was looking for online at Jay Wolfe Acura. I called and spoke with Danny Martin, and as we continued to talk, it was obvious he was more concerned about establishing a customer relationship versus just "closing a sale". We ended up negotiating the deal over the phone, and I drove over 3 hours in sleet/snow (the day after Thanksgiving) to get an awesome deal on my 2014 MDX. Was equally impressed by the dealership's facilities (looks more like a high-end hotel) with beautiful showroom/offices/service area and friendly-staffed cafe/lounge. Josh (Finance) exceeded my expectations on financing terms. He has a great low-pressure approach in presenting all of their products, and gave me a good deal on the supplemental certified coverage. Bottom line....my experience at Jay Wolfe Acura couldn't have been better, and KC metro should be very "thankful" they have these people/this dealership so close to home! :) More

The young man who went over the vehicle was awesome as well. He knows his cars. It is nice to see they have a person just to go over electronic and settings. From start to finish if I could give more than 5 stars I would. This was by far the best experience I have had in buying a new car and my family has owned several new cars. I called Jimmy directly to setup the day and time. He remembered who I was and made the process as easy as possible. Gave me some options and told me what to expect when I arrived, I have never had another dealership do this. Normally you have to call the service department and talk with them...
