We received great customer service from all parties involved but exceptional service from Gretchen Jammiggeh. The entire staff had us in and out driving home in our new Acura MDX in 3 hours. It would have taken less time but I am the picky one and wanted to make sure my wife had exactly what she was looking for. After we made that decision we actually had dentist appointments my wife and I needed to get back to that was an hour and a half drive from Jay Wolfe. Not a problem with these employees. The expedited everything for us while we enjoyed food as well as smoothies. All in all I know my wife and I pulled out of this dealership very happy with the entire experience. We have already started to spread the word to our family and friends. A big thanks to Gretchen. You are a true professional! More

This is the first time I have ever purchased a car without a mans opinion and I'm very confident I got a gray car for an affordable price. Brook and josh are an asset to your dealership. Repeat customer for multiple reasons We just traded in our manual 2004 Acura TL, which we bought new from Jay Wolfe, and came back to this dealership for more reasons than I can count. Th We just traded in our manual 2004 Acura TL, which we bought new from Jay Wolfe, and came back to this dealership for more reasons than I can count. Throughout our ownership of our TL, we had consistently great experiences with the service team (in fact, I still hope to see one of them driving our old 6-speed and wish Acura would bring those back). They have a huge courtesy car fleet, which was also how we discovered the 2016 RDX now sitting in our garage. Let's face it, buying a new car isn't something most of us look forward to. Having to figure out if you're getting a fair price, taking on payments again, shopping all the different makes and models to make sure you're getting "the one" for you...it can be a time-consuming pain. But even though I've owned and loved other cars, we came right back to Jay Wolfe and Acura, and I love that we felt confident enough to do so and were able to skip so much shopping around because of it. I've had some rocket-fast German cars that I loved, but the maintenance was killer. With Acura we got the horsepower and the fun in a well-built, "change the oil and drive it" machine without the expensive repairs my other cars had. I have to say, too, that our sales person, Jimmy Carpenter, was a lot of the reason we came back. We met him in 2014 on the advice of Dusty Hancock in service (a fellow gear head who always loved our TL) and were impressed with him then, but at the time most Acuras didn't have the safety features we were looking for. Once we found out they were on the 2016--without having to buy up and up and up on package options with its European counterparts to get them--we talked to Jimmy and placed our order the next day. We didn't step foot on one other car lot, we were that confident in our purchase (and that says a lot). Throughout that whole process we felt like we were treated fairly, openly and honestly, by folks we now call friends. We couldn't be happier with the whole experience. Outstanding dealership, great cars, I don't think we could recommend either more. Thanks guys! More
Great Experience! We don't usually leave our town to purchase a vehicle, but saw this Chrysler online. It had all the options and the price was vey good with low miles. Later worked with Jim , he did a great job finalizing our deal and establishing a timeline for us to come to Kansas City. We are from Salina Ks so this was very important. Upon arrival Rachel, Jim and Danny were all great. Danny did an excellent job going over the vehicle and explaining all of the technology controls with us. We drove a new MDX home and couldn't be happier. Thank you More

I would absolutely buy another car from Jay Wolfe Acura. A few things to point out for those looking for a new car. Jay Wolfe Acura has a very large selection of cars on the lot - no need to 'ship' them from another dealership. We did not finance our new car, but the payment process was simple & quick to complete the deal. Also, this dealership was able to work with us on the price & our trade-in value to get the overall cost to a point that we were happy with in the end. More
