Upon arrival I was met by Lee Hubbard, the General Manager, who explained that his team had put together a deal I could not refuse, for the car I wanted. The entire staff, having become my friends over the years--and not just sales personnel--greeted me, welcomed me and made me feel like I was truly appreciated. Jimmy, my salesman made my buying experience simple and the process for buying a car was a breeze. My customer service representative Jackie has invited me to come to some group training receptions at the dealership to learn how all the gadgets work (much more fun than reading the manual) and also offered individualized training. Working with Jim I wanted a new car, but I dreaded the experience of buying one. However, our experience at Jay Wolfe Acura was remarkably pleasant. Working with Jimmy was a pleasure. He is likeable, knowledgeable, and professional (with no negative stereotypical car salesman-y attributes). He promptly showed us the cars we had come to look at, and he didn't try to talk us into cars or features we didn't want. We had our preschool-aged son with us, which made things somewhat challenging, so we really appreciated Jimmy's, Brian's, and the rest of the staff's kid-friendly attitude. Plus, the dealership has amenities that came in handy: there is a nice play room with toys, a big lounge, and a café with complimentary kid- (and adult-) friendly food and drinks. Based on our experience, I would definitely recommend Jay Wolfe Acura to others. More
